Caleb's second song

Caleb played Mr. McGill , from memory, for his second piece. He really enjoyed that song. Caleb has come along way this year. He is getting better at sight reading. We will be doing some lessons this summer, so he can stay "sharp" with his musical skills.

Piano recital part 2

Anastasia played The Heart of Worship for her second song. It was a beautiful arrangement by Hayes. Hopefully, Anastasia will continue with her piano playing. She has been given a gift by God. It has always been our prayer that she could bless the church with her music.

Anastasia's piano recital

Anastasia played Traumerei for her recital. She played it beautifully. Anastasia has really matured in her piano playing. She has been able to glorify God with her musical talent.

Caleb's piano recital

Caleb experienced his fourth piano recital on Saturday. He played This Little Light of Mine and Mr. McGill. It's amazing how far he has come, since the beginning of the year. He has always expressed an interest in playing the sax, but he is still a little young to play. So, we told him if he started with piano, he could learn the notes and make the transition that much easier when he started the saxaphone.

Carmen's song

Anastasia has become very close with Miss Carmen. She has been battling cancer for years. Anastasia wanted to do something special for her, so she decided to do what she does best-sing! Originally, they sang it in church for Carmen. We were not able to tape it, so Scott & Anastasia sang it again so we could tape it for Miss. Carmen. Now, she can play it whenever she needs encouragement. They sang a Third day song-Cry Out To Jesus. What a beautiful song about the Savior's great love for us. Enjoy!
